Submit your completed application along with all of the following required documents: 

1. A copy of your passport (required)

2. Proof of English Proficiency (required)

International applicants must demonstrate they meet the minimum English Proficiency required to attend 黑料正能量 through one of the following:

A transcript indicating attendance for 3 years full-time at an institution where English is the primary language; OR

A transcript indicating completion of Written Communication (CSU GE Area A2, Cal-GETC Area 1A) at a US college/university with a grade of C or better; OR

A copy/original proof of English proficiency test score, taken within the last 2 years.  The following minimum scores are accepted:

TOEFL: 61 (internet-based test)

IELTS: 6.0

Duolingo: 95

Exception: Students that have been educated in one of the following countries may qualify for an English proficiency waiver:

Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Botswana, Canada (except Quebec), Cayman Islands, Commonwealth Caribbean, Dominica, Fiji, Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Guyana, Ireland, Jamaica, Kiribati, Lesotho, Liberia, Micronesia, Montserrat, Namibia, New Zealand, Kenya, Nigeria, Saint Helena, Saint Lucia, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago, United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), Virgin Islands, Zambia, and Zimbabwe

3. Financial Statement (required)

An original/official bank letter or statement from you our your financial sponsor that meets the requirement of the estimated annual cost and is dated within the last 6 months.  The document must be in English.

4. Transcripts (required, if applicable)

Official transcripts from all colleges attended.

If the college/university attended is out of country, an English translations/evaluation of the transcript must be provided.  Official evaluations completed by any NACES-approved evaluation service are accepted.

5. Application Fee

A non-refundable check or money order, in U.S. funds, in the amount of $50.00.

6. Dependent Form (required, if applicable)

If you have dependents who will accompany you as an F-1 visa holder, you will be asked to complete a dependent form and your financial statement must show additional funds for each dependent.
