The ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ Art Gallery is pleased to announce Everyday People, an art show curated by Sacramento based Artist Manuel Fernando Rios.

The Krenov School, the Fine Woodworking Program at ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿, is pleased to announce its Annual Midwinter Exhibition, running February 1 through 9, 2020 at The Cypress Street Barn in Fort Bragg, CA.

The ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ Agriculture Department is pleased to welcome nationally recognized author, horticulture expert, and Cal Poly Pomona Instructor, Douglas Kent on November 21 for a dynamic presentation about the importance of firescaping and managing wildlands near urban areas for fire safety.

ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ will host their annual Native American Heritage Celebration in the Lowery Student Center at the Ukiah campus on Thursday, November 14 from 4 pm to 7 pm.

At a regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Wednesday, September 11, the Mendocino-Lake Community College District Board of Trustees selected TeMashio Anderson to fill a vacancy on the Board as Provisional Trustee for Area #7, which covers Kelseyville and the surrounding areas in southwest Lake County. 

The Mendocino-Lake Community College District Board of Trustees is accepting applications to fill a vacancy in Trustee Area #1.

A grant of more than $2 million from the U.S. Department of Education was recently renewed that will allow ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ to continue a program that provides much-needed assistance to students who are from a migrant/seasonal farm worker background.

ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ is proud to offer one year of free tuition to eligible students beginning in the 2019 fall semester. Students who receive the incentive will be benefiting from what is called the ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ Promise, and is thanks to Assembly Bill 19, which provides funding to California Community Colleges to accomplish district goals and waive fees for first-time students.

ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ is excited to announce its new partnership with North Coast Opportunities’ Caring Kitchen. The Caring Kitchen provides free and low-cost meals to individuals and families with a cancer diagnosis. 

Teams of teenagers from Northern California will be competing for the first time in the California Mayors Cyber Cup, a statewide cybersecurity competition, on Feb. 23 and the public is invited.
